Do not give this medicine to children with glaucoma, paralytic ileus, pyloric stenosis, myasthenia gravis, or an enlarged prostate gland.
This medicine may make your child feel sleepy. If this happens, they should avoid driving or using tools and machines. Children who have taken Kwells should not be left unattended or allowed to drink alcohol.
Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you have an underlying medical condition, are taking any other medication or complementary therapy, or if symptoms persist.
Seek advice before using if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
Tablets may be sucked, chewed or swallowed up to 30 minutes before travelling to prevent travel sickness, or at the onset of nausea.

Give as required. Do not give more than 3 times in 24 hours.
Do not give to children under 4 years
Each tablet containes of 150 microgram of Hyoscine Hydrobromide.
Also containes : Mannitol, Potato Starch part dried, Gelatin Powder, Aluminium Stearate, Saccharin Sodium.
General: hyperthermia at high temperatures due to decreased sweating.
Eye disorders: blurred vision, mydriasis.
Gastrointestinal disorders: dry mouth.
