Follow These Steps If You Are In Urgent Need Of Medication

There may be occasions when you require prescription medication urgently and do not have a prescription and the pharmacy can still provide it to you. This is known as “Emergency Supply”.

Emergency Supply can happen at either the request of your doctor (typically for a new medication) or from you as the patient. You are able to come down and see us in person or we can post/deliver to you.

Some Emergency Supplies are chargeable even if you normally do not pay for your prescriptions and some medication is not permitted to be given via Emergency Supply. There are important procedures that we must follow, so contact us to speak to a member of staff and the pharmacist will be able to recommend the correct procedure for you to follow.
