NHS Pharmacy First Service

Our new free NHS service means you can get clinical advice and a suitable treatment for selected common health conditions, without needing to see your GP.

Instead, you can speak to our pharmacist, who can talk to you about your symptoms before recommending and issuing the best treatment.

 *Appointments subject to availability.

How the NHS Pharmacy First Service works

1. Book your appointment

We’ll take a few details and ask you about your condition. You’ll then be able to choose a time and date for a video call with one of our pharmacists.

2. Have your consultation

We’ll email you confirmation of your appointment, along with a video link for you to use to speak with our pharmacist about your symptoms.

3. Get your treatment

Our pharmacist will chat to you about the most suitable treatment. They might issue a prescription medicine, or inform you about helpful treatments available from our shop.

4. We’ll deliver it for free

Any prescription medication is delivered to you for free, using Royal Mail’s tracked 24-hour service, so should arrive with you the next day.

Patients within a 5-mile driving radius of Beare Green, Dorking, are eligible for same-day delivery, subject to availability.
