Description
Sildenafil is a well-known ED therapy and remedy. It has a chemical element (sildenafil) and comes in tablets up to 100mg. It works by allowing blood in the arteries to flow to the penis. The penis enlarges, leading to a satisfactory erection.
Warnings
Viagra pills are not suitable for you if you suffer from these conditions:
- Heart rhythm problems
- You had a heart attack or stroke within the last six months
- High or low blood pressure, liver or kidney disease
- You are a hemophiliac
- You suffer from sickle cell anemia or leukemia
- You have a physical deformity of the penis
- You suffer from retinitis pigmentosa
- You have a stomach ulcer

Directions
- It is recommended that you take one tablet at least 1 hour before sex.
- Sildenafil can take up to an hour to take effect in some men, although it can take effect in as little as 20 minutes in some men.
- Sildenafil can produce an effect for up to 4 - 5 hours.
- Do not take more than one tablet for erectile dysfunction within 24-hours.
- Limit your food and alcohol intake before taking Viagra to ensure it remains effective.
Ingredients
Each tablet contains sildenafil either 25mg, 50mg or 100mg.
Each tablet also contains: microcrystalline cellulose, calcium hydrogen phosphate, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, titanium dioxide (E171), lactose monohydrate, triacetin, indigo carmine aluminium lake (E132).
Side Effects
The main side effects of Viagra are headache, flushing, lightheadedness, and rarely a stuffy nose or indigestion. Viagra has a small risk of nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and skin rash.
Go to A&E or call 999 if you experience a prolonged or painful erection, especially if it lasts longer 2 hours

How well does Sildenafil work for erections?
It is one of the most recommended medications for erectile dysfunction so it works very well.
If it doesnt work well for you, it may be due to:
- not waiting long enough after taking it before having sex
- not being sexually aroused enough
- not a high enough dose
- waiting too long after taking it to have sex
Are there any lasting harmful effects from taking it long-term?
Sildenafil is safe and has no harmful effects from taking it long-term.
Can I drive or ride a bike if I've taken it?
Sildenafil doesn't make you sleepy, however, do not drive/cycle/operate heavy machinery if it makes you feel dizzy or affects your eyesight.
Will recreational drugs affect it?
Using poppers (amyl nitrite) alongside sildenafil can pose serious risks to your heart.
Additionally, combining sildenafil with the following substances can be dangerous:
- Stimulants such as MDMA (ecstasy) or cocaine
- Hallucinogens such as LSD
- Novel psychoactive substances (formerly known as legal highs) like mephedrone
Sildenafil's interactions with recreational drugs have not been thoroughly studied.
